Primary point-of-contact for vendors throughout the planning process

Up to (16) hours of on-site support

The EventFlow Day Package

This package is designed for couples who have completed the planning process and are seeking professional coordination and seamless day-of execution.
Package Includes:
Begins (6) weeks out
On-site management for ceremony & reception
Vendor communication, custom timeline creation & execution*
Décor setup, breakdown & oversight*
Rehearsal before the wedding day
Vendor point-of-contact on event day
On-site coordination and troubleshooting
Up to (12) hours of on-site support
*Client is responsible for vendor sourcing, contract management, and pre-planning logistics prior to coordination start date
The Styled Reception Package
$650.00
This package is designed for couples who have planned every detail but want a beautifully executed space without stress.
Package Includes:
Begins (2) weeks out
Planning consultation prior to the event
Review of decor inventory and setup instructions
Reception decor setup and styling
Table settings, centerpieces, signage, and personal decor placement
Welcome table, gift table, seating display, dessert table, and specialty decor styling
Up to (6) hours of on-site support
